Thanks Aunt Frances

Jeff's Best Friend Little Jeff and his wife sent Fisher this hand knitted beanie today. Frances made to order this adorable hat and Fisher loves it! Not to mention he looks great in it!

It Just clicked!?

Jeff and I have been trying very hard to get our little muffin man to walk for a few months now. I know, I know everyone says you will be sorry when they start walking. But at this point I am over the holes in the jeans and shoes and we know he can do it. Of course there is the slight pressure of seeing other kids younger than him, already walking quite well. So anyways last Saturday I had a baby shower and Jeff had a trip, so Fisher spent the morning with the Stanton's. When I brought him home that afternoon Fisher just started walking on his own. It was pretty amazing to watch. He just looks so much older now when he is walking, almost overnight I feel like he has changed from a baby to a toddler. I still can't say he is a walker but he is getting there- No pressure Fisher! So here are a few clips- Oh Yeah and not sure why he holds his shorts but whatever works right?

Happy Birthday Blakey!

Fisher's Cousin Blake had his third birthday April 11. We celebrated on a Monday morning at a park by Amber's house in San Elijo Hills. It was uncharacteristically hot for an April day in San Diego. The kid's cheeks were pink by the time we left!

Easter Morning

This was the first year we made Fisher an Easter basket and although he didn't seem to care I still had a great time doing it. My Mom has always made holidays so exciting and special that I love carrying on the tradition.

Fisher came over to the Wright's house (where I work) for a little afternoon playdate. His new buddy Drew rode him around on the quad for a long time, and even after Drew was done, Fisher still didn't want to get off!

Happy Easter!

We went to Uncle Larry and Aunt Kelsey's for a Easter Celebration. We decorated eggs, had an Easter egg hunt and had lunch. Where did my son want to be, climbing all the stairs of course!

Swim Lessons!

The month of April we started swim lessons at the YMCA. Jeff usually gets in the water on Tuesdays and then I get in on Thursdays. Fisher loves the water and smiles the whole 1/2 hour lesson. We sing songs, blow bubbles and go under the water a few times each lesson. He loves to watch his cousin Blake who does swim lessons in the same pool.

Awesome Beach Day in March

I had the pleasure of watching Braden and Blake one Saturday morning, it was a gorgeous day so we packed the suburban full of our gear and headed to Moonlight beach! Maddie and Jenni met us there (they will never pass up a beach date). By the time we got there we were only there for an hour but it was worth it!
